Siromer Flatpack Build Stages

Siromer Flatpack Components

The flatpack option is a 10 stage construction process fully supported by an English construction manual.

Each of the 10 stages has an estimated operation time of one hour.

Siromer Tractors will deliver kits assembled to any stage at a cost of £75 per stage

Stage

Description

Flatpack tractor arrives in a crate ready for unpacking

All components of the tractor

1 Unpack crate, check contents familiarisation with construction manual.

2 Check tyre pressure. Lift tractor body from crate and bolt on 4 wheels
3 Attach rear mud guards. Attach roll bar and seat belt anchor points

Bonnet and Engine Cowling

4 Attach front weight frame. Insert battery
5 Attach rear lights, Attach 3 point linkage trailing arms and top link.
ID Plate Tool box (inc. spanners and selection of spare filters and seals.

Bonnet Hinge

Wheels, free choice of Turf, 9" Agricultural or 12.5" Agricultural Tyres
6 Apply grease, lubricants and coolant.  Fill fuel tank with agricultural diesel.

Connect battery terminals, prime injector pump. 

Start engine.

Front Weights, Siromer Tractors come with 50 kg as standard
7 Check all bolts for tightness and fluid connections for leaks.

8 Attach engine cowling, bonnet & side panels

9 Connect electrical cables.

3 point linkage. cat. 1.     750kg lift capacity P.T.O. Guard for two speed P.T.O. 540 / 1000 rpm Roll Bar Free option of fixed or folding
10 PDI Checks.
